Sean ClemonsMRICS

Sean Clemons is Managing Director for the UK and has a wealth of project experience, both as a chartered quantity surveyor and project manager. Sean offers his clients strategic insights and robust commercial advice, drawing on his experience from working on the full spectrum of construction projects and specialising in major mixed-use development, higher education, and complex public-private regeneration initiatives. Sean is responsible for the strategic direction and growth of MGAC in the UK and he is passionate about creating a work environment and culture that empowers and enables our people to routinely exceed client expectations and achieve trusted advisor status.

Sean is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS). He received a Post-Graduate diploma in Quantity Surveying from the College of Estate Management and a Bachelor of Science in Geography from Swansea University.
