Bryan Otte

As Chief Human Resources Officer, Bryan Otte oversees talent acquisition and career development, championing MGAC’s greatest asset: its talented workforce. Bryan is broadly recognized as an expert in all areas of human resource management, including recruiting, organizational and leadership development, diversity and inclusion, performance management, executive coaching, and policy design and implementation. A firm believer that an organization’s success stems from its team, Bryan approaches his role from the perspective of strengthening a workplace, and its culture, from the inside out.

Prior to joining MGAC, Bryan led his own Human Resources consultancy, where he partnered with a diverse, global client base, and served for fifteen years as Chief Human Resources Officer in the digital media publishing space. Before transitioning to Human Resources, Bryan held executive marketing and operations roles at several of the nation’s leading news and entertainment companies. Bryan holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Colorado.
