Monica Eastwood-Taylor

Director Monica Eastwood-Taylor has more than 25 years of comprehensive, cross-sector experience delivering data centers, healthcare and science facilities, corporate headquarters, public infrastructure, military sites, and residential builds, to name a few. Based in the Bay Area, she specializes in project controls and provides strategic direction and oversight of the team’s data gathering, data management, and analytical processes that support MGAC’s growing cost, risk, and schedule services.

Monica approaches her work with an ethos she credits to her time in the U.S. Navy: ensuring keen attention to detail, an emphasis on teamwork, and commitment to going above and beyond on each and every project. She continuously finds renewed inspiration in this dynamic, ever-evolving industry and the opportunity to have a hand in some of the world’s most impactful projects.
