Cynthia NeSmith-Montanez, Vice President in our San Francisco office, has over 37 years of experience working on a wide variety of projects, from small tenant improvements to multi-building projects. She has worked on teams for corporate campuses, medical office buildings, hotel renovations, and specialty build-outs for companies in the financial services sector—including banks, credit unions, and investment firms. Cynthia is comfortable taking on challenging construction projects, including those with fast-tracked schedules. She brings deep knowledge of the industry, combining practical knowledge and theoretical understanding developed from her time in both owner’s representation and as a general contractor.
Cynthia received a Certificate of Construction Management from California State University, San Francisco, and completed Applied Economics coursework at California State University, Sacramento.
