Rob Olivet

Rob Olivet, Senior Director based in Washington, DC, has experience on projects domestically and internationally delivering complex developments, renovations, and tenant fit-out work across multiple markets including commercial, corporate, higher education, multi-family, retail, and mixed-use. He is adept at managing all phases of the project life cycle from feasibility, business case development, team sourcing through to design, construction, and close-out / transition to operations. His diverse background gives him the unique ability to provide executive oversight, mitigate risks, and spearhead resolution of multifaceted challenges. Rob is a passionate leader focused on making visions a reality while managing teams who consistently exceed expectations.

Rob graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech and is a member and co-lead of a committee for the Urban Land Institute (ULI), Washington.
