John Crichton

John Crichton, a Senior Director based in our Seattle office, has over 18 years of experience leading complex programs and construction projects, delivering exceptional value for his clients and establishing himself as a strong and effective communicator. His responsibilities include leading preconstruction and estimating efforts for projects; building and developing effective teams; writing and administration of all contracts; and managing all phases of programs and projects from the early vision and budgeting to final close-out.

John received a Certificate in Construction Management from the University of Washington, a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Western Ontario, and a Diploma in Adventure Tourism from the University College of the Caribou. He is an associate member of Urban Land Institute (ULI), Northwest Chapter.
