Erica Killam

Erica Killam is a Director in our Washington, DC office and an experienced project manager with proven critical thinking, problem solving, and organizational skills. She has more than eight years of experience in managing the development and construction processes for hospitality projects, including both renovation and ground-up structures in a variety of urban and suburban environments. Erica works with clients through all phases of design, construction, and close-out to ensure successful delivery which meets all budget, schedule, and quality requirements.

Erica received a Bachelor of Hotel Administration from Cornell University and a Master of Interior Design from Pratt Institute. She is a member of the International Society of Hospitality Consultants (ISHC) and the Cornell Hotel Society (CHS) DC Chapter Board of Directors.
