Alicia Fleming, Associate Director, brings over 12 years of experience in the real estate and construction industry providing project and program management. Having worked on a variety of projects of varying size and complexity, she has developed extensive skills supporting the strategic direction of large-scale projects and programs, overseeing project delivery, and managing risks while achieving overall goals and exceeding client expectations. This experience includes a wide range of residential, commercial, retirement, hospitality, and healthcare projects procured through traditional procurement methods as well as Alternative Financing and Procurement (AFP) models. She has assisted owners, developers, and various lending entities with budget review, analysis, cost development, and control.

Alicia attended Ryerson University where she received a Bachelor of Architecture. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI).
