As MGAC’s Director of Talent Acquisition, Esther spends her days meeting and welcoming bright new talent and working alongside the leadership team to ensure every new role at MGAC offers more than just a job, but a distinct opportunity to grow as a professional and a person. A connector, convener, and communicator, she has a passion for matching top-tier talent to the right opportunities and fostering an inclusive company culture. Esther champions a seamless and effective recruitment process that sets the tone for enriching careers and ensures MGAC remains at the forefront of today’s ever-evolving talent acquisition landscape.

Esther’s experience spans more than a decade, during which time she has built talent acquisition departments from the ground up for companies large and small and across diverse industries. A lifelong Marylander, she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communications at Mount St. Mary’s University.
