Keith Cramer

Keith Cramer is a seasoned technology professional with over 30 years of experience. His expertise is in IT vision, strategy, operations, and management for professional services firms. As Director of Information Technology at MGAC, Keith manages all IT operations to meet business requirements, oversees the support and maintenance of new infrastructure, and manages IT risk and technology change. Leading his team, Keith has ensured the smooth continuity of MGAC operations at two key junctures: our transition to “fully remote” in January 2020, and an international IT merger following the acquisition of RLF in January 2023—without any loss of productivity for our clients.

In 2014, Keith wrote a business book about outsourcing technology services titled, “Understanding, Hiring, and Using Managed Services Providers (MSPs) for Information Technology Outsourcing”.
