Rick Lloyd, Regional Vice President, is based in our Los Angeles office and brings over 30 years of experience in construction cost planning and estimating services on a wide range of domestic and international projects. Rick’s extensive experience in cost estimating spans all phases of design and construction, including preconstruction and post-construction cost reports, claims reviews and settlements, and project management services. Rick specializes in early stage cost planning, working with clients to ensure that budgets are appropriately aligned to ensure successful ongoing cost control and management.
Rick is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and received a Bachelor of Science in Quantity Surveying from Thames Polytechnic.
