Kyle Fenner

Kyle Fenner, Executive Director, is an industry professional with over 15 years of experience in the management of commercial construction projects with a focus on Edge, large colocation, and enterprise mission critical facilities. Kyle brings experience in real estate and land due diligence, construction contract negotiation and management, site development and permitting, project controls, building commissioning, and quality control. He has the proven ability to create and motivate highly efficient construction project teams and has completed over 1.2 gigwatt’s of data center capacity throughout his professional career.

Kyle received dual Bachelor of Science degrees in both Construction Management and Civil Engineering Technology from the University of North Carolina, Charlotte. He is a member of the Construction Management Association of America and the 7×24 Exchange, North Carolina Chapter.
