Richard Payton is a Associate Director in our Birmingham office and has provided project management services for over 25 years. He has worked on all sides of the construction industry as a professional consultant, an in-house client’s representative, and a contracts manager. Richard is client-focused with outstanding attention to detail and has extensive experience in highly complex technical schemes. He is able to maintain clarity under pressure and drive the wider team to ensure a successful project delivery.

Richard is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and the Association for Project Management (MAPM). He received a Bachelor of Science in Building Surveying from De Montfort University.
