Heidi Androlia is a Director in our Washington, DC office and has over 15 years of Project Management and Interior Design experience. She has a comprehensive understanding of how to manage and coordinate space planning, furniture planning and installations, move support, and relocations while delivering excellent customer service.

Heidi specializes in developing strategy, RFP development and execution, finalizing activity schedules, coordinating team staffing, developing briefing materials and instructional packages, delivery and schedule planning, maintaining inventory records, and ensuring building requirements are met. She is a Project Management Professional (PMP) and a member of the Project Management Institute and the National Council for Interior Design. She received a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
