Tim Hannaway, Managing Director based in our Washington, DC office, brings more than 20 years of experience leading professional teams to deliver strategic and commercial business objectives on large-scale multidisciplinary portfolios. He has diverse management and operations experience with the proven ability to move real estate programs from vision and strategy to implementation and follow-through. Tim brings to his work a unique perspective garnered from a career with key roles in architecture, construction, real estate development, and leasing. His core strengths include organizational strategic planning, commercial management, business operations, financial management, procurement, and contracting.
Tim was Founding Co-Chair of the Construction Industry Institute’s Federal Facilities Delivery Community of Practice and received both a Master of Architecture and Bachelor of Architecture from Virginia Tech.
