Todd Jeffcoat has over 30 years of project and construction management experience delivering corporate, mission critical, hospitality, retail, and residential projects. For the past 25 years, his focus has been on a variety of fast-paced renovation and tenant buildout programs along the East Coast for a mix of notable clients. Todd’s expertise spans all project phases from conception through execution. He applies his proactive management style to support his clients in capital planning and business case development through the vendor sourcing, design, and construction phases of their projects.
Todd received a Bachelor of Science in Architecture and Construction Science and Management from Clemson University.
