Kelly Bahlke

As MGAC’s General Counsel, Kelly Bahlke oversees the firm’s legal affairs, helping to lead our growth, manage and mitigate risk, and advise on the conduct of our business. Well-versed in the construction industry, she is skilled in providing legal advice across every stage of a project’s lifecycle, from shaping and negotiating contracts to crafting and managing strategy in response to any legal challenges that may arise. Based in our Washington, DC office, she also collaborates closely with internal departments to support a wide range of firm activities—whether that’s helping our Human Resources team develop compliant policies and procedures or working alongside our Finance and Accounting team as our global firm expands into new geographies and countries.

She earned her Bachelor of Science from Vanderbilt University and her Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center, where she graduated magna cum laude.
