Ashley O'Connor AICP

Ashley O’Connor, an Executive Managing Director in our Washington, DC office, is an industry veteran with extensive experience in large-scale project and program management. She has led complex engagements for global clients, starting with portfolio analysis and planning, through all phases of project execution and development. At MGAC, she spearheads our large program management projects including the new T-Mobile Headquarters and their customer experience centers across the country, multiple buildings for Johns Hopkins University in Washington DC and Baltimore, and work with the DC Department of General Services on their K-12 schools and park and recreation construction program.

Ashley received a Master of Urban and Environmental Planning from the University of Virginia and a Bachelor of Arts from Duke University. She is a member of the Urban Land Institute, where she serves on the Urban Redevelopment Council, and the American Institute of Certified Planners.
