Jason Bell

Jason Bell, Associate Director, offers MGAC a perspective gained from over 19 years of experience as a General Contractor and Owner’s Representative. To each project, he brings demonstrated leadership in base building construction in urban infill, and high-end apartments and luxury condominiums development projects, often containing mixed-use or commercial space components. He has experience constructing concrete, steel, composite, and wood-framed structures—podium, mid-rise, and high-rise, often with deep foundation and below-grade garage features. A strategic, analytical manager and trained engineer, Jason actively seeks out, diagnoses, and resolves problems efficiently while considering cost, quality, and time constraints.

Jason received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Virginia. He is a practical leader who believes in coaching, effective communication, and empowerment of team members. He is a team player operating to protect the interests of ownership, the project, and the end-user.
