Elyse RoederLEED AP®

Elyse Roeder, Senior Director, is a Project Manager based in our Washington, DC office with experience delivering all types of projects, including additions, renovations, new builds, and interior fit-outs. Her responsibilities regularly include tracking submittals and RFIs, reviewing change orders, monitoring construction progress, preparing financial forecasts, developing project reports, reviewing architectural and engineering drawings, and trade coordination. Through her experience, Elyse has developed a strong understanding of base building construction, as well as the unique challenges facing individual clients. Elyse has been on teams that achieved LEED Platinum and Gold, as well as Net-Zero Certification.

Elyse received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from University of Maryland College Park.
