Ken Foster

Ken Foster is a results-driven Associate Director with over 21 years of experience, ranging from hands-on home building to commercial construction and project management. Ken has successfully taken on a variety of duties throughout all stages of the construction process while maintaining impeccable client and industry relationships. He has overseen a wide range of projects, including building repositioning, mechanical upgrades and renovations, and LEED-certified interior renovations. Ken has growing experience in providing strategic direction, helping to align MGAC’s business, service, and operational initiatives with company goals and leading marketing and work acquisition efforts throughout the Washington metropolitan area.

Ken studied at The University of Kansas before starting his own residential contracting business. He is a Certified Construction Manager (CCM) and a member of the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA).
