Washington, DC

Washington, DC is the original home of MGAC—where we opened our first office and set to work on multiple projects in what is now called Capital One Arena. Thus began our journey to becoming an international firm with ten offices across North America and the United Kingdom. Throughout this growth, Washington, DC has remained our base.

Since the firm’s founding in 1996, MGAC has managed the renovation of many of Washington’s greatest hotels, the construction of iconic projects for Johns Hopkins University, the rebuilding of Washington’s public parks and schools, the construction of single-family homes for various family offices, and the development of over 14,000,000 SF of Metropolitan Washington residential and office spaces. Our office is located in a historic building at Metro Center station in downtown DC, providing firmwide support to MGAC’s offices across North America and the United Kingdom.
