Project Summary
MGAC provided owner’s representation and project management services to The Lenkin Company for the redevelopment of their property at 1050 17th Street, NW, in Washington, DC. This property was transformed into a new, state-of-the-art, Class A commercial office building, featuring curtain wall, precast, and ribbon windows.
In 1975, the 11-story building was built, designed by Gensler, and located squarely in Washington, DC’s Central Business District. The new building offers tenants over 154,000 SF of office space and a 200-space below-grade parking garage. Clark Construction was selected as the General Contractor, completing the building in Q2 of 2020.
