Confidential Client, 901 K Street Northwest

Project Summary

MGAC was selected by this confidential client to provide project and cost management services for a 35,000 SF office space renovation at the 901 K Street Northwest building, surrounded by many of Washington, DC’s most recognized downtown landmarks and adjacent to a historical building. The project includes the expansion of two floors to deliver modernized offices, open workspaces, multipurpose rooms, conference rooms, kitchenettes, focus and phone rooms, and a wellness room to support the local operations.

The client originally occupied half of each floor and MGAC coordinated and managed the move of the employees both out-of-the-office space prior to construction space, as well as moving them back upon completion of each phase. In addition, all technology, audio-visual, and IT components were upgraded to match the company’s modernization requirements.
