Project Summary

In 2016, the OSS Society turned to MGAC to build momentum on its $82M development project, which encompassed the museum, a Master Plan, a concept vision for the building, and a land lease offer from a local developer. As Owner’s Representative, MGAC has led the project through lease negotiations and execution, procurement and assembly of a top-shelf exhibit design team to work alongside the Architect, and development of exhibits. MGAC has also assisted with developing fundraising packages and donor meetings to explain the importance of this project, honoring Americans serving at the “Tip of the Spear.”

This 56,000 SF building will contain 19,000 SF of interactive and experiential exhibits, educating the American public about the importance of strategic intelligence and special operations to preserve freedom. The facility will be utilized by the National Museum of Intelligence and Special Operation’s education partner Georgetown University Center for Security Studies. MGAC is responsible for procuring and managing the General Contractor, exhibit fabricator, technology vendors, food service consultants, and a multitude of other parties required to bring this museum to the Loudoun County development of Kincora.
