MGAC Expands Project Controls Team with New Director Monica Eastwood-Taylor
MGAC is excited to announce the addition of Monica Eastwood-Taylor as a Director based in our San Francisco office. Specializing in project controls, Monica will provide strategic direction and oversight of the team’s data gathering, data management, and analytical processes that support MGAC’s growing cost, risk, and schedule services.
Monica comes to MGAC with over 25 years of experience working across multiple sectors, delivering healthcare and science facilities, higher education, data centers, corporate headquarters, government and military sites, residential builds, and more. Most recently, she served as Scheduling Director at XL Construction, overseeing the practices and development of the scheduling team.
“Project Controls plays such a critical role in the successful delivery of complex projects, and we’re thrilled to have Monica join our team with a special expertise in that area,” says Rick Lloyd, Senior Director at MGAC. “Her proven track record and truly diverse cross-sector experience will be invaluable as MGAC continues to grow and excel in this key service offering.”
“I’ve been fortunate to have worked on impactful projects and alongside great project teams for more than two decades now, but I couldn’t be more excited to embark on my next chapter with MGAC,” says Monica. “The firm is known for pushing the envelope on high-profile and meaningful builds, and I’m looking forward to working with the talented project controls team as that portfolio of work continues to grow.”
