Flint + Partners will help with continued growth throughout the UK and Europe for the global project management firm

London – 5 March 2024 – MGAC, a global project and cost management consultancy, has announced a strategic partnership with Flint + Partners, a boutique construction consultancy providing strategic advisory, project management, and cost management services. Peter Flint, one of the founding partners of Flint + Partners, will work closely with MGAC and its UK team to grow the collaborative presence of both firms, leveraging their combined expertise, experience, and resources.

Since expanding to the UK in 2021, the Washington, DC-based MGAC has seen more than 50 percent growth across its European and North American teams, now with more than 350 professionals serving a full range of clients from the firm’s 12 offices. In the UK, MGAC has delivered more than 30 percent revenue growth in that time, and is expected to double its business within five years. Flint + Partners brings a track record of success across its team to help firms expand through integrated service strategies.

In the UK alone, MGAC brings a team of more than 110 professionals across four offices in London, Birmingham, Brighton, and Glasgow. Core services include project management, cost management, portfolio management, technology solutions, and health and safety. MGAC has led projects for clients such as the National Health Service, the University of Birmingham, Bruntwood SciTech, BAM Properties, Solum, Investment Corporation of Dubai, the BBC, and OneHousing, among others.
