MGAC Named to ENR’s 2024 Top Professional Services Firms
MGAC has once again been named to Engineering News-Record’s (ENR) 2024 Top Professional Services Firms list, based on annual revenues reported by professional services firms across the United States. MGAC secured the 34th spot on the Top Construction Management / PM-for-Fee Firms list. Additionally, MGAC ranked 25th among Top Construction Management Firms and 44th on the Top 50 Program Management Firms list.
In an article published by ENR, MGAC’s President and Chief Executive Officer Mark Anderson says, “Many clients are undertaking once-in-a-generation projects, and the pressure on project teams is boundless.” He says projects not managed well “tend to go sideways,” adding: “This is a tough business.”
Owners lean on construction and program managers to ensure the right teams are assembled for the project. “That means performing at a higher level all the time, and ensuring we have the greatest professionals in front of the best clients and the best projects,” says Anderson. “Who wants to play for a second league team?”
At the end of the day, one of the wonderful things about the built environment is the people aspect. This is a people business, driven by creativity and problem-solving.
