Bill Herman Joins MGAC as Senior Director to Expand the Firm’s Southeast Presence  

MGAC is thrilled to announce the addition of Bill Herman to the firm. Bill joins as Senior Director expanding MGAC’s work in the Southeastern United States, Caribbean, and Latin America.  

Bill comes to the firm with 37 years of real estate experience with clients ranging from Presidential foundations, diplomatic facilities, national media projects, and multiple hospitality projects. Most recently, Bill served as a Senior Vice President at JM Zell Partners where he directed and executed the firm’s full range of client advisory services and supported business development in the greater East Coast markets.

His experience working with a wide range of clients and enthusiasm for new ventures comes at a great time as we look to grow our footprint to meet client needs.”

Bill sits on the Board of Trustees for the Humane Rescue Alliance in Washington, DC, and is a Trustee Emeritus for Holton-Arms School in Bethesda, MD. He honorably served in the United States Navy as a Lieutenant in its Civil Engineer Corps, better known as the Seabees. Bill holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Cornell University and began his career in New York and Washington, DC, working as a senior designer for globally renowned Skidmore Owings & Merrill.
