MGAC is thrilled to announce the addition of Kelly Bahlke, General Counsel, to our Executive Team. For nearly three decades, MGAC has tapped outside counsel for legal support. Today, we are excited to bring that expertise in-house, fully integrated into our daily operations as our global firm continues to grow.

Kelly comes to MGAC with invaluable legal experience in our industry. Most recently, she served as Senior Corporate Counsel for one of the largest building and infrastructure companies in the United States. In that role, she represented the company in high-profile negotiations for both public and private projects and provided legal advice at all stages of the project lifecycle. Kelly additionally spearheaded firmwide initiatives aimed at ensuring a more effective and collaborative legal department.

The fact that she speaks our language, knows many of our key project partners, and has a pulse on where our key sectors are heading means she can hit the ground running and make a large impact.”

Kelly received her Juris Doctor degree from Georgetown University Law Center and her Bachelor of Science from Vanderbilt University. Originally from Clearwater, Florida, she has called Washington, DC home for the past 12 years.
