MGAC Hires Duane Killion as Director
Please join us in welcoming Duane Killion, MGAC’s newest Director. Based in our Los Angeles office and specializing in construction management for healthcare and life sciences, Duane will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful planning, execution, and completion of projects within these critical and evolving market sectors.
Duane brings a wealth of experience to his new role at MGAC, having spent the last 27 years managing and executing projects spanning large-scale medical centers, pharmaceutical production plants, and state-of-the-art public and private institution research facilities. He has led projects for many of the biggest names in the healthcare and life sciences sector and worked in some of the most highly technical spaces that come with the territory—specialized laboratories, operating rooms, clean rooms, vivariums, and everything in between.

His expertise and hands-on experience advocating on behalf of clients; managing teams, timelines, and budgets; coordinating with key stakeholders; and staying one step ahead of industry regulation compliance will help us continue to lead the way.”

Passionate about building a better future, Duane is a LEED Accredited Professional and member of the Green Building Council. The native Californian has called Orange County home since graduating from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. While away from the office, he enjoys staying active alongside his wife and their five children.
