William HermanCRE®

William Herman comes to MGAC with over 37 years of real estate experience with clients ranging from presidential foundations and embassies to national media corporations and household-name hospitality brands. As Senior Director based in Miami, William oversees office growth while continuing to provide a full range of development activities and advisory services on behalf of our clients.

William is a Counselor of Real Estate (CRE^®) and a licensed real estate broker in several states. He sits on the Board of Trustees for the Humane Rescue Alliance in Washington, DC, and is a Trustee Emerita for Holden Arms School in Bethesda, MD. He honorably served in the United States Naval Reserve as a Lieutenant in its Civil Engineer Corps, better known as the Seabees. William holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Cornell University.
