We are happy to announce that MGAC is expanding its leadership team and welcoming our newest Vice President, Cynthia Montanez. Cynthia will be based in our San Francisco office and comes to the team with over two decades of industry experience having worked as both a general contractor and an owner’s representative, most recently with Kylli, Balfour Beatty, and Cumming. To date, Cynthia has worked across multiple sectors on nearly three dozen projects in and around the Bay Area. In her new role, she will be focused on helping to expand the team and portfolio of our growing San Francisco office.

Cynthia was born in Marysville, CA, and, as a military brat, has called many places home over the years. Today, she resides in Benicia, CA, with her husband, Michael, and rescue cat, Dennis. When she’s not working, Cynthia can be found hiking, knitting, and trying out new recipes with family and friends.
