MGAC Expands New York Office with New Senior Vice President
Please join us in welcoming Christopher Perruna, MGAC’s newest Senior Vice President. A seasoned real estate professional with two decades of experience as an architect, owner’s representative, project manager, and business leader, Chris has managed over 3,000,000 SF with a combined value of $750M throughout the New York metropolitan region.
Prior to joining MGAC, Chris spent nearly a decade at Gardiner & Theobald where he started as an Assistant Project Manager and worked his way up to Director of Project Management / Owner’s Representation. He then took on the role of Senior Vice President / National Director at JLL where he was their New Jersey market leader, directing all project management activities per local, regional, and national assignments. As Senior Vice President, Chris will be leading a team of project managers in our New York office, directing project management services and expanding the firm’s work throughout the tri-state region.
“I am truly excited to be a part of MGAC’s growth in the New York metropolitan market, coupled with the opportunity to work with some of the most interesting clients and projects in the industry,” Chris says. “What impresses me most about MGAC is the level of talent and integrity our folks bring to the table.”
“Chris is enormously well respected in the industry and approaches his work with intelligence, collegiality, and humility,” says Mark Anderson, Founder and President of MGAC. “MGAC has managed over $1B in projects in the New York / New Jersey market in the last decade. Chris will further build upon that body of work and provide leadership and energy to our team.”
Chris was born in Rockland County, New York, and currently lives in Millington, New Jersey. Outside of the office, you can find him spending time with his family: coaching his son and daughter in youth sports, going to the beach, and taking long walks with their dog—”anything that can get us out of the house,” he says. He also enjoys researching the stock market and investing in young and innovative growth stocks, which he shares on Twitter to a growing audience of 40,000 followers.
