Leading Project and Cost Management Consultancy MGAC | RLF Hires Melani King as Director of Talent
London (1 November 2022) — MGAC | RLF, the global project and cost management consultancy has announced Melani King has joined the company as director of talent. In the newly created role within the UK market, she will be responsible for leading recruitment and talent acquisition across the UK.
An industry leader with more than 20 years of experience, Melani joins from Heron Partnership Ltd, the recruitment consulting business she set up in 2016 to advise construction consultancies and real estate developers. Before building her own company, she worked as business services associate at Gardiner & Theobald LLP to provide strategic support to the equity partners and their teams regarding all matters of recruitment and staff acquisition. This included resource planning, setting up a new internal recruitment function.

Originally from Wiltshire, Melani studied at the University of East Anglia before venturing into the recruitment industry. From 2006 to 2012, Melani spent time working in Melbourne, Australia as Associate Director at Design & Build, a leading specialist recruitment company within construction, engineering, and property sectors.
