LONDON (19 December 2022) — MGAC | RLF, the global project and cost management consultancy has announced Matt Barrington, MRICS, has joined its London office as a director.

Matt joins MGAC | RLF from Gleeds where he was head of the firm’s London residential sector. Previous experience includes roles at Equals Consulting, GHCS, and Turner & Townsend where he led the commercial developer business unit, achieving significant growth in revenue and headcount.

He has over 15 years of experience in the construction industry ranging from site-based project delivery to P&L accountability. His expertise includes acting on behalf of blue-chip clients and taking the lead on several significant developments in London, including Nine Elms Square and One Nine Elms, Holland Park Residence, 20 Grosvenor Square, Chelsea Barracks, and Heathrow Airport.

Matt received his BSC (Hons) from Loughborough University in Commercial Management and Quantity Surveying. He is a Chartered Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and was also a finalist for the Construction’s Future Leaders Award.
