MGAC Celebrates the UK Residential Sector at RESI Awards 2023
Last week in London, leaders in residential development gathered to celebrate ambition, innovation, and quality in the field. MGAC hosted a table to welcomed clients and colleagues to Property Week Events’ RESI Awards, which we left full of pride and motivation.
Several MGAC projects made finalist lists, including the Twickenham Station Redevelopment which was “Highly Commended” in the Development of the Year category. We were thrilled for our client, Retirement Villages Group, who won the Award for Later Living Operator of the Year.
Another client, Woodbourne Group, was nominated for Small Developer of the Year, while another MGAC project, Court Collaboration’s One Eastside, was a finalist in the Deal of the Year category. Finally, our collaborators at chapmanbdsp were finalists in the Consultancy Practice of the Year category, as well as providing sponsorship to support the event.
We had an incredible night celebrating this resilient sector, building existing relationships, and sowing the seeds of future collaborations. With several more residential projects in MGAC’s pipeline, we can’t wait to show you what’s in store.
