Project Summary

MGAC provided cost estimating services for this estate-quality residential building. The property serves as a residence for the Owners, as well as a meeting place for diplomats and heads of state.

Located on a significant sloped site, the design required heavy grading and retaining walls before construction could commence. The home includes a large kitchen for hosting events, exposed architectural concrete walls, and outdoor spaces for public events. The residence building is a cast-in-place concrete structure to provide maximum security for the occupants. The house is approximately 9,300 SF over three levels with living space on the third floor and entertaining on the main level.

MGAC guided the cost of the project and established value engineering methods that brought the project in on budget.
