Project Summary

MGAC has been engaged by a global business leader to manage the design and construction of what will be an approximately 28,000 SF riverfront home in a major metropolitan area.

Working with world class residential architects, the new home will feature indoor and outdoor swimming and spa facilities, staff quarters, security, and entertaining areas. The multi-acre site was described by the architect as “the most stunning piece of urban property I have seen in 35 years of practicing architecture.” Natural features of the site include dramatic rock formations, rapids and waterfalls, and a natural stream. The four- to five-year project will provide this family with a secure environment in which to live their lives and conduct their business.
