Project Summary
Known for its signature brand of accessible, luxury living, Court Collaboration’s latest project with MGAC is an exciting new build-to-rent in Birmingham’s city centre. Overlooking City Gardens and Birmingham’s famous canal system, two towers of 15 and 45 storeys will offer approximately 51,000 m² of thoughtfully designed, one and two bedroom apartments and private amenities, including a rooftop terrace, coworking space, and more. The project promises to create a green oasis in the heart of the city, with sustainable principles central to design objectives.
MGAC's Role
Court Collaboration has entered in a funding partnership with PGIM Real Estate, one of the largest investment companies in the world, to support the acquisition and development of the site. MGAC will provide cost management services throughout development and has worked with this client previously to develop Court Collaboration, One Eastside.
