Project Summary
Members of the MGAC team have been providing cost management services to Cedars-Sinai for the last 20 years. This team has provided cost modeling and design stage cost management for the main medical center campus, as well as various other projects. These projects have varied in size and scope from small, complex backfill and renovation projects to new builds, such as the 11-story, 820,000 SF Advanced Health Sciences Pavilion.
Recent experience with Cedars-Sinai includes the 310,000 SF Marina del Rey Hospital Master Facility Plan; the 31,532 SF Playa Vista Physician Office and Urgent Care; the 30,000 SF Ventana Tarzana Medical Delivery Network, Cancer Care Clinic; neurosciences programs, translational research laboratories; an educational center with simulation laboratories; and two floors of procedural rooms.
