This past Wednesday, the July 2021 Top Workplaces National Awards were revealed. This is the first year that Top Workplaces has offered year-round national employer recognition. MGAC is honored to have won a Culture Excellence Award in the categories of Compensation, Employee Value Proposition, Work Life Flexibility, and Top Managers.
MGAC’s Stephanie Cramer, Vice President of Talent, reflects on what this win means for the company. “MGAC is humbled to win not only The Washington Post‘s 2021 Top Workplaces Award in the Washington, DC area, but also the 2021 National Culture Excellence Awards. It’s a true embodiment of our employees, workspaces, and projects. These awards are always a celebrated accomplishment. But, to win these awards for 2021 takes on special new meaning. 2020-2021, ‘the pandemic years’ have tried and stretched us in ways never before imagined. Our teams stepped up and redefined what it means to collaborate and work together. I couldn’t be more proud of our team and am forever grateful for an ever evolving culture that gets better year after year.”
This builds on our 2021 Top Workplaces win in the greater Washington, DC area. To celebrate these wins, MGAC employees gathered for cocktails and hors d’oeuvres in each of our office locations. Thank you to our staff for their commitment to maintaining a strong and inclusive culture. We couldn’t do what we do without you.
