MGAC Recognized for Excellence in Workplace Culture
MGAC has been recognized by a leading U.S. employee engagement recognition program in an awards ceremony this Wednesday. The Top Workplaces April 2023 Culture Excellence Awards named MGAC as a winner across all five categories: Compensation and Benefits, Innovation, Leadership, Purpose and Values, and Work-Life Flexibility.
The Top Workplaces Awards have recognized MGAC consistently through recent years, with previous awards granted for DE&I Practice and Employee Well-Being. Ahead of each quarterly ceremony, organizations are ranked against others of similar size. This is based on anonymous employee feedback collected by Energage, a research-backed workplace survey that benchmarks its findings with 16 years of data collected from more than 27 million employees—a thorough process that makes winning all the more rewarding.
