MGAC Receives Gold Award ‘We Invest in People’ Accreditation
We are proud to share that MGAC has recently received Gold Level ‘We Invest in People’, a 3-year accreditation taken on by our UK offices. The Investors in People (IIP) Standard assesses and addresses all aspect of employee wellbeing. Accreditation is recognised as a mark of excellence in leadership, management, and staff support in 75 countries across the globe.
The IIP assessment survey illustrated that MGAC is especially strong in four key areas: Empowering and Involving People, Structuring Work, Managing Performance, and Creating Sustainable Success. Accreditors described MGAC as a business that makes people feel empowered and involved.
MGAC wants to ensure our people feel satisfied, respected, and valued at work. We will continue to invest in our people over the coming years, using guidance from IIP.
This accreditation recognises robust employment practices. It also speaks to a supportive working culture that we all build together, each and every day.
