MGAC Receives 2022 Top Workplaces USA National Award
Following last year’s win as a Top Workplace in the greater Washington, DC area and multiple awards for Culture Excellence, MGAC is humbled to be recognized as a 2022 Top Workplaces USA National Award recipient!
Over the past year, Energage, an employee engagement firm, has invited nearly 42,000 organizations to compete for the national awards, which include Top Workplaces USA, Industry specific awards, and quarterly Culture Excellence awards. On average, fewer than 3% of eligible organizations earn a Top Workplaces designation, making these achievements clear differentiators among peers.
The USA program is open to all organizations that have at least 150 employees in the United States. Energage took the survey results and compared them to similar sized organizations nationwide to determine a minimum threshold to be eligible for consideration. Based on the scores from the survey, Energage created a proprietary evaluation system and recognized organizations over a specific threshold. MGAC has been recognized as a winner in the 150-499 employee size band.
