Project Summary
The £22M Helensburgh Waterfront Development creates a vibrant and attractive waterfront for the people of Helensburgh. The main feature is a Leisure Centre that includes a swimming pool and teaching pool, two advanced fitness studios, a gym, and a café all under one roof. MGAC provided cost management services for this state-of-the-art facility. Completed in 2022, the project meets the needs of the local community and attracts day visitors to Helensburgh.
