Royal Eden Docks Topping Out Celebration
A topping out ceremony was recently held on the roof of the 17th floor of our Royal Eden Docks project in Newham London. The project is being developed by Mount Anvil and MGAC | RLF is working closely with our client One Housing, acting as their Employers Agent and Clerk of Works to deliver the 159 apartments that form part of the project.
The guests of honour for the ceremony were Rokhsana Fiaz OBE who is the Mayor of Newham and Killian Hurley CEO of Mount Anvil. Also, in attendance and pictured with spades in hand was MGAC | RLF’s Director Mark Newberry and Holly Simpson Development Manager from One Housing.
Refreshments were subsequently served in the marketing suite and congratulatory speeches were given by senior members of the key development team partners.
