MGAC Wins ITC’s Kings of Construction Charity Football Tournament 2023
MGAC’s staff team beat out the competition in a charity five-a-side football tournament on June 1st.
ITC’s second annual ‘Kings of Construction’ tournament and charity auction brought together 16 construction industry teams from across the South East of England for a day of teambuilding, networking, and giving back. The event raised funds for Jigsaw4u, a London-based community charity that supports children and young people experiencing complex social and emotional difficulties.
Participating teams took part in a group stage competition before a knockout-style tournament. MGAC’s team was made up of staff from our London and Brighton offices: Jordan Green, John Ograja, Tom Kirkham, Matt Tran, Ewan Rees, and Taylor Tunstall. After losing their first match, the team rallied to win every one of their remaining games. Despite a challenging final match against exigere, the team walked away as champions—the new Kings of Construction.
