This month, Uzair Faruqui gives us a tour of Astéras Kings, a 25-unit luxury apartment building located in West Hollywood.

Hello, my name is Uzair Faruqui, I’m a senior project manager at MGAC. Let’s get moving. Today we’re at Astéras Kings, a 25-unit luxury apartment building in West Hollywood, California developed by Astéras’s properties based out of Los Angeles, California.

One of my favorite features about this project is the seamless integration from the indoor spaces to the outdoor spaces. In the kitchen area, you have an indoor-outdoor bar with bi-fold stacking, sliding windows. In the living room patio area, you have stacking sliding doors that are full height. And many of the units have indoor-outdoor atriums or light waves that give natural light all the way to the center of every single unit.
