MGAC Providing Project Management Services for Large Mixed-Use Development in Tivat, Montenegro
Boka Place, a lively urban neighborhood located at the entrance to Porto Montenegro, is set for completion in the Spring of 2024 and will house 213 apartments and a 5-star Kerzner International hotel, SIRO, the newest exciting addition to the brand portfolio.
MGAC is thrilled to be supporting our client Adriatic Marinas with project management services for this new mixed-use development that will offer a plethora of retail outlets, eateries serving a range of international and local fare, and year-round activities and entertainment for all. With a team of five employees on the ground in Tivat, Montenegro and support from staff in our London, Washington, DC, and Toronto offices, this project is truly a global effort for MGAC.
